A listener called in this morning and told me about an app that he recommends to his clients. It’s called “Watch Over Me” and he said that it will keep track of you if you don’t check in w/the app within a certain amount of time. It will notify your friends and family to let them know that something might be wrong. It’s in the app store and it’s free to download. Check it out.
