Wanna Be Happy?

I have recently started singing and co-leading worship with my friend, April and the Incredible Journey Band at First United Methodist Church downtown. I haven’t lead worship in a very long time. I used to do it a lot. However, a lot of the joy has recently been sucked out of my life due to some personal issues and I haven’t been feeling much like singing, so I gave it up for almost 2 years. That was probably the worst thing for me to do, but sometimes these things happen.

All I can say now is that I am so happy that I’ve started singing again! It has brought so much joy to be worshiping again! I really feel like God is in it and I am so thankful.

It’s great to feel joy isn’t it? Do you wanna be happier? It doesn’t always take something big, sometimes it’s just music! It can’t hurt to try. 🙂 Sherry
