I am already a sleep deprived person b/c I get up early everyday for work and often work long hours. There are also certain months in the year when I feel more sluggish. Believe it or not, July is one of those months~ I have been a zombie for the past 31 days. I’m not drinking coffee anymore either and that is certainly not helping when I’m really tired.
