The “most memorable British drama moment of all time”?

GIANT MR DARCY SCULPTURE: A 12-foot tall sculpture of Colin Firth — who played Mr. Darcy in the BBC adaption of Pride and Prejudice — has been installed in London’s Serpentine Lake. The sculpture recreates the infamous lake scene from Pride and Prejudice in which Mr. Darcy emerges from the lake in a wet shirt. The work was commissioned by UKTV’s new “Drama” channel. The channel conducted a poll and found the wet shirt scene was the most memorable British drama moment of all time. (The Independant)
