(Women’s Health) A survey reveals that 68% of women hold on to too-small clothing, a mood-tanking move that can lead to overeating or skipping the gym, says Rebbecca Scritchfield, R.D. Here are some of their other closet confessions:

  • 93% of women own more than one size of clothing
  • 83% of women lie about their pants size more often than their age
  • 79% of women often dread getting dressed in the morning
  • 15% of women have kept pieces that do not fit for over a year
  • 11% of women would take a pay cut to fit into all their clothes
