  • Vents to a friend, takes deep breaths, and works out
  • 74% of women think is bad to go to bed angry
  • 33% of women eat comfort food when angry
  • 35% of women always need to win a fight
  • 38% of women will seek revenge
  • 52% of women will hold a grudge
  • 27% of women have thrown a punch
  • 39% of women have destroyed something in a rage
  • 13% of women are addicted to Angry Birds
  • When she gets angry she gets all sarcastic, swears, and yells. Note keep your swears to yourself. One study found that swearing can rub friends the wrong way.
  • People who talk behind her back makes the average woman the angriest
  • Once a month is how often the average woman fights with her guy
  • 3 main reasons she gets mad at her man are: “He does not listen to me,” “He blows off chores,” and “He spends too much time at work.”
