Q: Sharing the details of this w/your partner can enhance intimacy?

A: Your nightly dreams

SHARING NIGHTLY DREAMS WITH YOUR PARTNER CAN ENHANCE INTIMACY: Do you tell others about what you dream at night? You should consider telling your partner, according to new research. Danish researchers have discovered that when couples share their nightly dreams with each other they report an enhanced feeling of intimacy. Researchers explain this happens because describing your dreams is a veiled way of discussing emotions. The study author explains, “Dreams are a very private thing, as they reflect highly personal matters. So if you choose to share your dreams with your partner, it will automatically bring you closer…” The study author advises couples to talk about their dreams once a week, and says you shouldn’t share all dreams, as some may be hurtful.
