Q: Researchers from Michigan say improving this will also improve your looks?

A: Sleep

IMPROVING YOUR SLEEP QUALITY CAN MAKE YOU MORE ATTRACTIVE: New research finds if you have sleep apnea, you should probably get treated for it because you’ll appear more attractive to others. To find this, researchers from two Michigan universities had a group of participants rate another group of participants who suffered with sleep apnea on their appearance both before and after treatment for the slee disorder. Researchers found that 20 patients were rated as being more attractive after their sleep apnea was treated. Researchers say this happens because sleep apnea prevents the mind of getting the rest it needs, and therefore you potentially will awake looking less attractive. (Men’s Health)
