Q: New research reveals if you want to get ahead in the work place you should do this like your boss?

A: dress like your boss

BOSSES FAVOR EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE A SIMILAR FASHION STYLE TO THEM: New research reveals if you want to get ahead in the work place you should dress like your boss. The British survey was conducted by Debenhams, a department store, and covered two-thousand people. They found that 61-percent of respondents said they thought that dressing like their colleagues created a better team spirit and a higher level of productivity, and 54-percent said they were heavily influenced by what their managers and colleagues wear to work. Thirty-three percent said their work team deliberately bought the same clothes and planned to wear them at the same time. One researcher noted that people dress alike in order to appear to be less different and therefore less threatening, and that bosses often appoint and promote people who are like them. (Daily Mail)
