Q: Doing this on the first date might seem rude, but guys, it could get you a 2nd date?

A: INTERRUPTING

INTERRUPTING CAN GET YOU A SECOND DATE: We’re taught interrupting is impolite, but it could get you a second date. The proof comes from Stanford University, where researchers analyzed more than one-thousand speed-date conversations and then gave the daters follow-up surveys. They found that women were more likely to want to see a guy again if he occasionally cut in or talked over her. Researchers say the interrupting only worked if the guy was encouraging her or finishing her thoughts. The experts say it works because it’s how women tend to communicate with one another–the interrupting shows support and like-mindedness. (Men’s Health)
