A: BUTTER

ADDING BUTTER TO YOUR COFFE MIGHT BE GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH: Advocates of Bulletproof Coffee trend, a cup of black coffee with grass fed butter and medium-chained triglycerides (MCT) oil mixed in, created by Dave Aprey, owner of Bulletproof Executive, are saying that adding the butter to your coffee can help kick your day into overdrive. Kerry Bajaj, a Health Coach at Eleven Eleven Wellness Center in New York says, “Bulletproof Coffee is a great way to get healthy fats first thing in the morning.” It is thought that starting your day with healthy fats is good for cognitive function. Bajaj says that if you’re not into butter in your coffee, try having black coffee with scrambled eggs cooked in MCT or coconut oil. (womenshealthmag.com)
