HEAVY CUTLERY MAKES FOOD TASTE SWEETER: A study from the University of Oxford finds that using heavy cutlery makes food taste sweeter. The same study also found that those who ate cheese off of a knife thought it tasted 28-percent saltier than when it was eaten off of a toothpick. Researchers say this may happen because past dining experiences teach your brain to associate certain utensil weights with different flavors. (Men’s Health)
