AMERICANS ON TAKING HOTEL TOILETRIES (Hilton)

A poll of 1, 002 men and women who have stayed overnight in a hotel at least once in the last six months reveals the following:
— 73% admit to taking hotel toiletries
— 52% say they love in-room toiletries so much that they use everything available
Of Americans who have taken the toiletries, here is how they have used them:
— — 39% of Millennials say they’ve used them to remove stains
— 10% of Americans confess they have given away the amenities as a present
— Nearly 20% have re-purposed the hotel toiletries they’ve taken when hosting overnight guests in their home
— 67% say they carry on their bags when traveling in anticipation of utilizing hotel in-room bath products
— 31% of Millennials say they’ll take hotel toiletries from the housekeeping cart compared to just 13% of those 55 and older
— 55% of men admit to taking the body lotion home, with 20% also taking the shower cap
