Q: A new survey finds that one-in-five men say they’d be happy to let their wife do this at night?

A: investigate a suspicious noise at night

MANY MEN SAY THEY’D PREFER THEIR WIVES CHECK FOR HOUSE INTRUDERS: A new survey from a security company finds that one-in-five men say they’d be happy to send their wife downstairs to investigate a suspicious noise at night, and a quarter of men admitted to pretending to stay asleep after hearing a strange noise. Two-thousand adults were surveyed, and one-fifth of men estimated that their wives were braver than they are. Addtionally, 44-percent of women and 28-percent of men admit to often lying in bed worrying they forgot to lock one lock. Two-thirds and women and just over half of men said they have a nightly routine which involves them checking all door and window locks. (Daily Mail)
