A new study found the average person is so STRESSED, they can only relax for 36 minutes a day.

Here are some more crazy results from the study . . .

  1. 70% of us feel overworked.
  1. Half of us sometimes have a day at work where we never take a break, and 10% say we almost NEVER take a break.
  1. The average person makes three mistakes a week at work, which adds up to around 150 a year.  And the main reasons are that we’re tired or burnt out.
  1. And when we do get time to ourselves at night, we’re most likely to spend it watching TV.
