ROCKING CHAIRS ARE GOOD FOR US _ A study finds rocking chairs are good for your health. The study (University of Rochester) found daily rocking among Alzheimer’s patients reduced their anxiety, lifted depression, improved balance, and lessened the need for pain killers.
