Q: A new study found that you spend 377 hours a year doing this?

A: preparing meals ~ making breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

A new study found out how long you spend preparing meals during the average year, if you rarely ever go out.  Check it out.

  1. 62 hours making breakfast.
  1. 94 hours making lunch.
  1. 213 hours making dinner.
  1. And eight hours making snacks.

When you add that up, it’s 377 hours.  Or 23 days spent making food, assuming you sleep eight hours a night.  And that doesn’t even count the time you spend eating.
