Q: A new Danish study found that mothers who did this everyday had taller children?

A: Drank milk

WOMEN WHO DRINK MILK HAVE TALLER CHILDREN: Women who want to have tall children should pour themselves a glass of milk. A new Danish study found that mothers who drank more than five ounces of milk a day had bigger babies than those who drank less. By age 20, those children had grown to be, on average, about half an inch taller than the babies who had been born to mothers that drank less. The trends in this study did not achieve statistical significance. Researchers warn that there are many dietary and environmental factors that can explain growth in children and milk drinking is only one of them. (NY Times)
