A: Cheat on their diets

WHEN ARE YOU MOST LIKELY TO CHEAT ON YOUR DIET? A British survey finds that people say they are most likely to cheat on their diets on Sunday nights between seven and ten PM. The survey was conducted by Forza, the company that sells the dieting supplement Raspberry Ketone. Forty-eight-percent of those surveyed said Sunday nights are when they lose their will power, and the second worst-time for dieters was between three and five PM in on Sunday afternoon. Sixty-five-percent of dieters said they are more likely to eat poorly after having a bad day at work. Dieters were also asked at which meal they were most likely to over-eat during and 65-percent named dinner, while 16-percent named lunch. (Daily Mail)
