One Year Later ~ Have You Made That Appointment Yet?

It’s been a year since I had my medical emergency. Just in case you missed the fun here is the blog post from last year explaining it https://z951.com/sherry-taylor/dont-ignore-your-body/.

So one year later, I have a question for you. Have you made that appointment yet? The one you’ve been putting off because you think it’s probably nothing! The follow up appointment to something that needs to be followed up on? I really don’t like going to the doctor any more than anyone else, but I don’t want my health to get to a point that I spend the rest of my life fixing all of the things that I ignored.

Make that appointment!
