Feeling tired all the time? I was too and then I started blending this smoothie twice a day. Here is my simple smoothie recipe for more energy every day.

1 scoop protein powder

2 hand fulls of greens (spinach, kale, etc)

1 cup of water

1 cup of frozen fruit
