So a random baby that Jessica took a picture with recently has been posted in OK Magazine on the cover. The mag makes it look like the baby is hers, but honestly if you know her story then you know the baby is not hers. Why they even published it to begin with is a little weird. So now, the parents of the baby boy are seeking damages for emotional distress. Seriously?
