It Has A Weird Name But…

I have been trying a product that is new to me. I think a lot of athletes use the product because it helps them with recovery time after they run or do strenuous activity. The name of the product is ASEA. Maybe you’ve heard of it? Now, I don’t run like a runner does and my strenuous activity is certainly no cause for special products. However, I do have other issues that I have noticed that ASEA really helps me with. This product is natural and it is made up of what already exists in your body, so I thought I would try it to see what it could do for me.

Usually before I try something I do a little research first and I have to say that I found quite a few negative comments online about this product. Since I am not one to believe everything I read, I consulted my friend, Dr Alisa Gates first and a nurse that she works with that has years of experience with ASEA. I listened to her testimony on using the product and I decided right then that I had to try it.

ASEA is a salt water solution that tastes like pool water. However, the benefits for me out weight the taste.

Day 1-7 of ASEA: I had more energy, I felt like my appetite was suppressed (that was awesome) and overall I was happy with it.

Day 8-12 of ASEA: I pretty much had a continuation of Day 1-7, so still I was happy. However, on this week I began having some intestinal issues. This is not uncommon for me and frankly this was the problem that I was hoping the ASEA would help me with. What I had learned from the training that I had on this product is that typically ASEA will target your problem areas. The kicker is that they will get worse before they get better. YAY! 🙁

Stay tuned for more on the where it went from there. Things did definitely change. In the meantime, learn more about ASEA here.
