Independent Dream Study

I don’t know about you, but I dream every night and typically remember my dreams. I read a recent study that said sleeping on your left or right side vs your back will cause different reactions from your brain. I was intrigued by this and wondered if sleeping on left or right sides or back would effect your dreaming. Boy does it ever, at least for me. This is my own independent study on dreaming. I tested sleeping on my right side, left side and back. Here is what I found.

Sleeping on my left side gives me weird, random and unpredictable dreams. Sometimes scary.

Sleeping on my right side gives me more predictable, less frightening dreams

Sleeping on my back I found that I sometimes dream and sometimes don’t, but I don’t always remember those dreams.

Kind of interesting. Try it and let me know if you find the same results or what sleeping on different sides of your body does for you.
