Today on Will It Work Wednesday we talked about maintenance that you may be unaware that your home needs. I just found out that you should be pumping your septic system once every 5 years. So, 13 years later we’re having it pumped today. Fingers crossed. Also, found out last year that your smoke detectors only have a 10-12 year life span and need to be replaced every 10-12 years.

I found a checklist online of maintenance that we should all be doing at different times during the year.
