Fall Foods and Gaining Weight

Since the first of the year I’ve dropped around 30 pounds! Up to this point food cravings haven’t been too bad. However, now that Fall is here and all of the comfort foods that I love are back, it’s getting harder to keep the weight off and it’s only going to get harder as Thanksgiving and Christmas approach. So for Will It work Wednesday we’re talking about tricks to keep the holiday weight gain in check.
