I always meet incredibly inspiring women at the Women’s 4 Miler Training program and the race and Myra Anderson is one of those women that I met this year. She shared her story with me about losing a large amount of weight and the struggles that come along with that. Her struggles and success over the past couple of years have inspired her to inspire others to get moving and do it in a way that is easy and comfortable for them. She has several classes that she holds in churches and community spaces anywhere from $5 to free for participants! If you want to know more about Myra you can find her at inspirefitnesscville.com or email her at inspirefitnesscville@yahoo.com.
