Beat Phone Addiction

According to Tristan Harris, a former designer for Google, he says the best way to make your phone less addictive is to change the color to “grayscale”.

It’s really easy too. If you own an iPhone…go to “Settings” . . . “General” . . . “Accessibility” . . . “Display Accommodations” . . . and select “Color Filters.”  Then switch “Color Filters” on and choose “Grayscale.”

I definitely find that I spend way too much time on my phone. My kids do too, but how can I tell my kids NOT to be on their phone when I am too! I’ve already switched mine over and I’m gonna try it for a while to see if ti really works. Let me know if you try it too!

If you want to read more about Tristan and this idea you can check out his website .

This is what my phone looks like now
