Celebrating Your ‘I Do’s’ With Bacon

Americans really love bacon. So much so that Food Network magazine writes in its newest issue — which is devoted to bacon — about how people are incorporating its porky goodness into their weddings. Wedding caterers are now including bacon stations at receptions, with wedding planner Amy McLaughlin telling the magazine, “The bacon tables are always more crowded than the bar.” Also increasingly popular are bacon-shaped wedding cake toppers and wedding cakes iced with bacon buttercream.
