ASEA Update

If you see my earlier post here, you will start from the beginning. However, to recap, I am using a product called ASEA that is basically a salt water solution that has some really great health benefits for almost everyone. For me, up until this point, I was taking 2 oz of the solution twice a day and I was noticing that my appetite was being suppressed and I had more energy. That was for the first 4 weeks. However, as time went on, things began to change.

Week 5: I noticed that I was leveling off and I didn’t have the same effects that I had the first 4 weeks, the appetite suppression and the energy. So I upped my dose to 4oz’s twice a day per Dr Gates. What I realized is that I was actually tired more and I was sleeping really well at night. I checked to see why I might be getting tired and what I gathered was that ASEA was telling me to get more sleep. I am definitely sleep deprived, so I agreed. 🙂 Another thing that was very obvious to me during this week was that my digestive issues were definitely getting better. I wasn’t having the same problems that I’d had before and I started to get very excited.

Week 6: I wanted to be sure that ASEA helping my digestive issues wasn’t a fluke, so I went w/out ASEA for a week and guess what? It wasn’t a fluke. My issues came back.

Week 7: Back on ASEA and it took a few days to get back into the swing, but I am starting to feel better. I will keep you posted.

Overall, it has been a help to me in ways that I wasn’t expecting. Here are some reviews/testimonials from YouTube.
