So, what’s more important to the average male football fan: the Super Bowl or Valentine’s Day? Not surprisingly, the Super Bowl. A Coors Light survey of 2,558 men aged 21 years or older:
- 44%of those surveyed put more time and energy into making Super Bowl plans than making Valentine’s Day plans.
- 35% of those surveyed said their male friends were the ideal Super Bowl companions.
- 24% said they really didn’t need a companion at all other than an ice cold beer.
- 30% of survey respondents said they would rather see their favorite team win the Super Bowl than win a date with a supermodel.
