Would you like to make a 9 yo boys last days a little brighter? His name is Jacob Thompson and he has neuroblastoma with only a month to live. His family has decided to celebrate Christmas early this year for their son and they are asking us to send Jacob a Christmas card to help him celebrate! It’s a simple gesture that could really make a difference to this little boy and his family.

Get everyone that you know that would be willing to do this and send Jacob a card today!
