Q: A new study found that people who do this at least 30 minutes every day, live longer than those who don’t?

A: READ

People Who Read Books Live Longer

A new study found people who read books LIVE LONGER than people who don’t.  The study lasted 12 years, and people who read at least a half hour a day were 23% less likely to die than people who didn’t read.  And they lived about two years longer overall.

The researchers didn’t exactly give a reason why reading makes you live longer . . . they just said it gives you a, quote, “significant survival advantage.”
