Charlottesville, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW): The ITA Atlantic Regional Finals at the Boar’s Head Resort right here in Charlottesville are nearing their completion, and the UVA Women’s Tennis Team has put in a worthy showing as the de facto hosts.  It will be a pair of doubles teams consisting completely of Cavaliers in this afternoon’s double’s final.  That match will feature Melodie Collard and Elaine Chervinsky against Meggie Navarro and Sara Ziodato.  Ziodato, the grad student originally hailing from Trieste, Italy, also played in the singles semifinals yesterday, with a place at the NCAA Singles Championship at stake, at time of writing she is currently in-play against Ozlem Uslu of Virginia Tech.   Any updates will be added to this article.  The doubles final between the above two teams of Wahoos will take place later today at 2:30 PM EST.
