CPD Investigating Tuesday Night Shots Fired That Hit an Apartment on Hardy Drive

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Shots fired Tuesday night in an area a search warrant was executed last week in the 800 block of Hardy Drive.
Charlottesville Police say an apartment unit was hit in a windowpane and shell casings found after officers arrived shortly after 8pm. That apartment was occupied, but no one was hit.
