FISHERSVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office is currently responding to reports of gunshots heard in the area of the Wilson School Complex. Out of an abundance of caution, all schools in the complex have been placed on secure. This means students and staff are safe inside the buildings. Normal operating dismissal procedures are still in place. Deputies are actively investigating and working to determine the source of the reported gunfire. Updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.
