Boar’s Head Summer Celebration Return Includes July 4 Fireworks as One of Three Events Lighting Up the Sky

CHARLOTTSVILLE (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – The headline might be some fireworks are back for the Charlottsville area July 4 as the Boar’s Head announces the return of its Summer Celebration Series. Boar’s Head will light up the skies three times during this series with fireworks Memorial Day weekend Sunday and July 4 starting at 5pm with the show starting at dusk around 9pm. Labor Day weekend Sunday, August 31 will have a 200-drone light show.

Memorial Day Sunday will have lawn games, food trucks, and live music from Beatles’ party band Abbey Road… and VIP tickets are available. July 4 will have the same with live music from Koda & Marie of Chamomile and Whiskey & Friends. This has a required ticketing in advance for entry to Boar’s Head and a vehicle parking spot which opens at 3pm.
