ACPD arrests Fredericksburg man for online solicitation of a minor

ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – The Albemarle County Police Department conducted an online operation focused on the solicitation of minors on Thursday, April 24, 2025.

Grady M. Hampton, 56, of Fredericksburg was arrested on three counts of online solicitation of a minor under 15 years of age the same day.

Hampton is being held at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail without bond.
