Welcome to UVA SalsaFest 2026! This annual Latin Dance Congress is hosted by the University of Virginia’s Salsa Club. This is our 13th consecutive year! We want to provide fellow dance enthusiasts an opportunity to develop their skills and connect with the Latin dance community. Get ready to dance your heart out at the Student Activities Building in Charlottesville, VA, USA. This in-person, all-day event promises to be a thrilling celebration of dance and culture.
Led by professional instructors from all over the region, we are excited to offer workshops throughout the day in salsa, bachata, cha cha, kizomba, and zouk! All skill levels are welcome and encouraged to join. Following the workshops there will be evening performances put on by our wonderful instructors, as well as by student groups from UVA and nearby universities. To cap off the event, join us for a night of social dancing as a way to show off all of the new moves you learned throughout the day!
Don’t miss out on the chance to meet fellow Latin dance enthusiasts, make new friends, and create unforgettable memories. SalsaFest is not just an event; it’s an opportunity to learn from each other and connect with a community that shares your passions.
So mark your calendars for February 21st and get ready to dance the day away at UVA SalsaFest 2026. We can’t wait to see you there! Ticket sales are here- don’t miss our Early Bird $30 tickets (a 46% discount!). If you are a student at any university, use the promo code STUDENT26 to get a $10 discount off of any General Admissions Ticket. We will be checking IDs at the door- anyone who is not a student and uses this discount will have an opportunity to refund us!
