The Roseland Quartet – violinists Britney Cheung and Alex Taing, violist Isabelle Lesmana, and cellist Chris Fox – presents their fourth year chamber recital on Saturday, February 18th at 7PM in Old Cabell Hall Auditorium. The recital will feature Mozart’s String Quartet No. 22, Beethoven’s String Quartet No. 10 (“Harp”), Zhou’s 8 Chinese Folk Songs, and modern pop songs arranged by the quartet members. Please join them in showcasing their work over the past 4 years together!
This event is funded by the Miller Arts Scholars Arts Awards. It is free and open to everyone. The recital will be livestreamed (link coming soon), and there will be a reception with refreshments after the performance.
Old Cabell Hall is located on the south end of UVA’s historic lawn, directly opposite the Rotunda (map). Parking is available in the Central Grounds parking garage on Emmet Street, in the C1 parking lot off McCormick Road behind Clark Library, at McLeod Parking Garage, and in the parking lots at the UVA Corner.
